Executive Leadership Profile & Assignments
Leading from within WNVD Executive Leadership Board remain at the center of our Senior Trustees' daily concern. So why we continuously work to shape Required Profiles for Executive Functions, as they are needed to efficiently contribute to closing the gaps and solving the challenges between vision, implementation and impact of our mission.
Setting the Core Competencies and Profile for needed executive functions within our organization relies on the need of leading along with Executives having outstanding characteristics to validly serve as Awaited Professionals Enablers for Sustainable Community Growth, alongside WNVD Mission).
Before aligning needed functions, let’s get aware that their Common Profile describes:
Trustful Skilled Executives capable to identify and understand to what desirable destination are we moving ourselves toward (as WNVD); and mobilize other people and collectives from different horizons to go along with us (as united communities).
Executives to whom is assigned to shape and communicate timeless theories that enable our teams to effectively comply with the principles and the rules of the art on which is based our difference; actionable policies that support success in our change theories; as well as the ways of sharing and disseminating our success experiences.
Executives who are capable to set and countersign highest goals and stand beyond them; who demonstrate strong characteristics of accountable, motivational and challenges solving skilled leaders; committed for community decency and shared prosperity.
Executives who effectively work to gain and share sounder and valuable knowledge, experiences, abilities, skills and perspectives; and who make of us an organization that inspire and impact successful development model.
As for David Kolzow (the Author of "Leading from within") to say ; and to John Ragi, our President-Founder to paraphrase : "We do not face with a lack of people to fill organizational positions, but rather a shortage of people who are willing and able to assume significant leadership roles to effectively drive community and societal solutions". Our challenge as New Professionals Generation in Community Sustainability is to effectively using existing leaders and to recruit, train and upskill new talent for our organization and for communities.
Indeed, the Executive Functions, the size and kind of needed Staff Members within our Executive Leadership Board are based on the strategies focused on the vision of high efficiency, & innovations, accountability, profitability and sustainability in the projects and development plans envisaged and implemented by WNVD. These functions are thus provisionally aligned on the WNVD Executive Leadership Chart (including their deputies and supporting ones); and their implementation and updating rely on the organization's expansion level as well as the size (technical and financial aspects) of the anticipated projects.
Let's note that we publish this information as part of enabling potentially interested candidates to work or hold positions (at the needed time) within our executive leadership; to have basic information about the type of candidates we need. Thus, this information is also useful for partners and other people interested in our present and future balance and ability to successfully implement our projects.
